Donation Cancellation & Refunds
S.R. SEWAYAN FOUNDATION maintains a strict "No Refund" policy for charitable donations to manage our projects efficiently. However, exceptions are made for technical errors.
If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch, or if funds are deducted but not recorded, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days upon verification.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us at info@srsewayan.org within 24 hours. We may process a refund at our discretion, subject to bank charges.
To request a cancellation, email us with your Transaction ID, Date, and Amount. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
